Your project deliverables include a facilitated Strategic Planning Workshop which is highly interactive, including polls, queries, and breakout group exercises. These elements enable participants to think strategically and to work with each other collaboratively to plan your future. They also keep directors engaged and contributing throughout the Workshop.
Your documented Strategic Plan will include milestones, delivery dates, key performance indicators (KPIs), accountability and resource requirements for each strategic goal. It also includes an implementation plan. This will ensure that you can effectively operationalize your strategic plan and track progress against it.
Your project deliverables also include monthly check-in calls for six months after project completion.
